Getting Your Life Back

When you are told you can’t or shouldn’t do something that you absolutely love, a part of you dies. I was told I could no longer ride a motorcycle because of my shoulders. I believed the Doctors. I was in so much pain and  had very limited motion. The surgeon who replaced my right shoulder for the second time told me he wouldn’t do it unless I got rid of the bike. I went 5 years without a bike. I would get misty whenever I saw a bike or group of bikes go by. Motorcycling had been such a huge part of my life; it was a part of me.

Now I don’t want to make this into a sales pitch but there are things you can do to get yourself better and reduce your pain. A positive attitude is the first step. Feeling sorry for yourself only isolates you from your friends and family and no one wants to be around you. The saying “Fake it till you make it” applies here. Smile, think positive thoughts, and don’t dwell on the pain.

There are natural supplements one can take to help with just about any situation. I have some tips in previous posts on here. Message me if you want more information on specific remedies.
